The blog of this website is the main active page for 2012 & so far for 2013 . . .
Many things have shifted in my life since the spring of 2011 when I was more focused on the details of this endeavor. However, my vision has remained the same: to embody deeper levels of inner optimism – even in challenging times – as I connect to the spirit of Who I Am and support others in their journeys.
In a nutshell, the first half of 2011 I had been working with a friend on an exciting media project for new consciousness. Then my life partner, Kate, experienced advanced stages of cancer in the fall and died in December 2011. Since then, my focus has shifted. For years, my passion has been supporting activists in effective heart-based social change. And now with the passing of my beloved, my attention has been on the gifts of loss, death and transition.
Where do personal and collective transformation meet? This has been much of my exploration. What I have discovered thus far as the bridge is living a life of JOY in a world of suffering and unknowns. Kate showed me this by modeling it every day, the ultimate “optimystic.”
While my intentions have evolved over time, I continue to be committed to helping people better manage and shift energy, release limiting beliefs, cultivate playfulness, and create more possibilities while inspiring themselves and others.
I have scaled down this website to include just the bare bones, to create space for whatever unfolds. What is still posted remains true, yet there is a newness emerging beyond it. All a work in progress. Thank you for meeting me here, now, today.
