Hokey Pokey of the Heart

It’s June 10, 2012 and I’m about to drive through Kansas.

Feels appropriate that the state referred to as the “Heartland” would be next for me.  The heart is the inner space I was able to connect with more deeply in Boulder CO.  Relaxing and rejuvenating.

Though I expected to visit more friends, I choose to spend my one full day in Boulder in retreat mode.  My time unfolded with a beautiful healing session at the Lorio family sanctuary (my new home in CO – Thank you Meg & Jim!), and then some writing, reading and meditating.  Just what I needed!

After a night of strong howling winds, I awoke refreshed and ready to drive (and drive and drive . . .) so that I can get to Buffalo in time to play BINGO with my grandma at the Senior Center later this week.

Life is good, yes?  B-I-N-G-O!

Here’s a video documenting thoughts of the day and introducing you to my faithful travel companions and co-pilots. Hugs to you wherever you are.  And remember: Put your whole self in, put your whole self out . . . do the Hokey Pokey as you turn yourself around, that’s what it’s all about!
