Questions to Consider
We’ve asked ourselves these kinds of questions over the years, and now we’re here to share effective tools we’ve discovered on that ongoing journey. Our goal is to help you build a solid foundation of inner optimism to sustain you on yours.
Give yourself a minute to consider the following. If you find yourself answering “YES” a few times – either for yourself or a group with which you’re involved – what we offer may be a good match for your needs:
- Are you or those you work with looking for new ways to stay positive and encouraged?
- Do people come to you to be cheered on or cheered up? Do you ever wish you could uplift yourself as easily as you uplift others?
- Have you ever wondered how to make the world a better place while simultaneously taking care of and enjoying yourself?
- Would you like to communicate in ways that more fully express who you are?
- Do you sometimes feel drained after helping a friend or co-worker with a project or personal issue? Does it depend on the person? The issue? Have you ever wondered why?
- Would you like to feel more energized, especially when you have a full plate?
- Do your own needs and interests often come in second place (or third, or fourth . . . ) to the needs of your family, community, or workplace?
- Would you like to find more balance amidst all of the responsibilities?
- Do you tend to become discouraged if you don’t see signs of “progress” when supporting others? Would you like to feel inspired even when something you’re working on has a different outcome than you had hoped?
- Would you like to know how to set the energy of a space before an important meeting or gathering?
- Are you interested in ways to remain calm and clear in the midst of a heated and fiery discussion?
- Would it benefit you to be more lighthearted and playful in your daily life?
- Would you like to learn tools to feel invigorated rather than exhausted after being of service to others or working on a social issue?
- Would you like to bring more compassion, less judgment, and an open heart into your life and/or work?
- Are you curious about ways to bring laughter into your life even when you feel cynical and overwhelmed?
- Have you often been a bridge for bringing people together who might otherwise never connect?
- Would you like to explore the role intuition can play in your life and leadership?
- Are you interested in ways to approach “problems” without feeling like you are going in circles?
- Are you generally in love with life and grateful to be alive? Do you want to be able to get unstuck more quickly on days you feel “off?”
