Centered Service Program
Most likely, you’ve heard of family-centered, community-centered, or customer-centered service.
But how can being “centered” within yourself create a strong and healthy foundation for service? How can finding and connecting to your center affect positive change?
In the Centered Service program, you’ll learn skills that help you give to others without giving yourself away.
If you offer your time, energy, and encouragement in order to make life better for others, you are being of service. Whether you are a professional at a non-profit or business, a community leader, a volunteer, or a generous friend, it’s important to also live a balanced, fulfilling, and fun life.
From personal experience, we know that being of service often means being face-to-face with suffering and hardship. You have a desire to make things better, to alleviate the pain that you see. Being centered and aware of how this affects you personally is key to your well-being.
The Centered Service program offers practical tools for you to:
- Manage and clear your energy so you can be fully present in any situation.
- Cultivate compassion and empathy without letting others’ emotions or struggles stick to you.
- Uncover your inner joy and playfulness even when the world is in pain.
- Open your heart to others from a place of love rather than guilt or perceived responsibility.
- Embody optimism by connecting to the essence of who you are.
Go ahead and give yourself a nice deep breath right now, and let it out with a sigh. Ahhhh. Creating space for yourself has already begun.
