Description of Laughter Series
Most likely, you’ve experienced the benefits of a good laugh. So you already know laughter is a fun, effective, and powerful way to shift thoughts and energy. In this teleseminar series, we’ll share “how-to” exercises and ways to use laughter to increase personal awareness. When you free your laughter, you can transform your life.
In this series, you will begin to explore how the meditative qualities of “unconditional” laughter – rather than jokes or humor – can change your daily life. Laughing from your heart rather than your head allows you to let go of worries, get “unstuck,” and quiet the mind so that you can connect to your intuition. You will receive tools and exercises that you can begin using right away so that you can experiment with laughter in your life.
As the series continues, you will explore how unconditional laughter improves the relationships you have to yourself, others, and the world. You’ll become more aware of what holds you and others back from laughing freely, and learn ways to cultivate more laughter in your life. While having fun and connecting to other participants, you will begin releasing limiting beliefs and habits so that you can foster a more positive, joy-filled life.
With exercises to tap into your imagination and playfulness, you will experience how laughter brings forth your creative self as well. Building on your own practice of laughing from the heart, you will discover how unconditional laughter can improve personal relationships with family, friends, co-workers. Finally, you will explore how laughter can help create more peace and social transformation within groups, communities, and in the world.
