In early 2008, we started integrating “laughter yoga” into our lives – a practice of laughing for no reason as a form of exercise. We began offering free public laughter sessions in our community, and soon realized that this wasn’t just a physical workout. It was also an exercise in becoming more free emotionally, and it was changing many people’s lives, including our own.
We created this CD for people to experience “solo-laughter” and also to use it to get “unstuck” and access joy more easily. The Laugh of Your Life has been recommended by laughter enthusiasts and has reached people across North America and as far as Australia, Israel, Japan, India, South Africa, and Europe.
This professionally recorded CD runs 72 minutes with multiple tracks for easy use to fit your laughter practice preferences. The CD contents include the history and context of laughter yoga, followed by a full laughter session accompanied by Jen & Kate’s own chuckles. The mini session offers the same breathing and laughter exercises without detailed explanations or a laugh-a-long style. A perfect way to get in your daily dose of laughter to bring more health and joy into your life!
