In early 2008, we started integrating “laughter yoga” into our lives – a practice of laughing for no reason as a form of exercise. We began offering free public laughter sessions in our community, and soon realized that this wasn’t just a physical workout. It was also an exercise in becoming more free emotionally, and it was changing many people’s lives, including our own.
We created this CD for people to experience “solo-laughter” and to let go of where we may be stuck in order to embody inner optimism and joy more easily.
